Our Health Vertical

Halcyon’s Health vertical empowers entrepreneurs creating breakthroughs in medical technology, healthcare delivery, and initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes—shaping the future of global health.

Halcyon delivered our inaugural Health program in 2024, supporting eight ventures through an immersive eight-week in-person residency in Washington, DC with expert training, mentorship, technical support, and more. The second iteration of the program successfully ran from February through April 2025.

Explore Founders & Ventures

In Health, we tailor our curriculum and partnerships to the realities of building in complex health startups. Skill series and office hours emphasize topics like working with providers and payors, navigating healthcare regulation and compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity, grantwriting for health ventures, and AI considerations in healthcare. We actively engage partners such as health systems, payors, and strategic advisors to help founders understand reimbursement pathways, pilot design, and evidence requirements, and to open doors to potential clinical and distribution partners.
