Alumni Steering Committee

In 2024, we launched Halcyon’s Alumni Steering Committee in celebration of our growing alumni network and milestone 10th anniversary. This first committee featured founders from across Halcyon’s programs and provided guidance for Halcyon Homecoming and the Halcyon Innovation Summit, as well as strategic feedback to strengthen alumni programming.

In 2026, Halcyon launched its second Alumni Steering Committee to build on the success of the inaugural cohort. This committee will focus on identifying key support and resources that alumni ventures need at each stage of their growth, drawing on the varied experience of these leaders who have navigated their own founder journeys. Committee members provide insights and strategic input on alumni programming, helping shape priorities, refine offerings, and ensure that Halcyon’s post-program support evolves to meet the changing needs of its alumni community.
