Néstor Aldrete is a Mexican social entrepreneur, creative technologist, and founder of OtherAI, a venture dedicated to building accessible and inclusive technologies for underserved communities. His work focuses on creating innovative digital tools—like SignaPlay, an AR-powered sign language learning app for deaf children—to promote equity in communication and education. Néstor combines his background in engineering with his passion for social justice to design solutions rooted in empathy, usability, and real-world impact. He has participated in global innovation and impact programs such as the Halcyon EquityTech Fellowship, YLAI by the U.S. Department of State, MAP by IKEA Social Entrepreneurship, and New Ventures México.
