Hiba is a change agent, entrepreneur, strategist, business analyst, and social activist in a Tech-first mindset with a BC degree in Management Information Systems. She has rich blended experience in the fields of business, social, and upscaling fields.

She plays a strategic marketing planning role at Paltel, a Leading Landline Telecom Operator in Palestine, where she gained experience, skills, and know-how in data and business analysis, segmentation, strategic planning, and management.

Besides her current job, Hiba has over 15 years of volunteering experience that drove her to establish Sawaed19, a social startup that changes the way we manage volunteering.

Hiba values the support system where people can share experience and knowledge, and support each other towards making the world better.
