Diego Blixen was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay. He lived in Spain for two years, where he had the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree at the Carlos III University of Madrid. In Uruguay, Diego was part of the team that developed Endeavor, where he worked for almost 7 years. At Endeavor, Diego became passionate about the world of entrepreneurship and organizations that seek to create social impact in their countries. After Endeavor, Diego worked as a commercial manager at startups, consulting firms, and multinational companies—but it was always clear to him that his goal was to create a social enterprise with purpose. Then, together with a very committed team, he created Grinplus.
