Diana Monsalve is a construction businesswoman and international negotiator with (as of 2025) over a decade of experience leading technology-driven projects across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. As Founder and CEO of Bioestructuras and Solestructuras, she specializes in sustainable roofing and structural systems, integrating emerging technologies like solar architecture and bio-based insulation to retrofit buildings efficiently and responsibly.

A passionate entrepreneur and strategic leader, Diana has also been an active volunteer in global leadership organizations such as Junior Chamber International (JCI) and AIESEC, where she cultivated her commitment to social impact and youth empowerment. Her work bridges conventional construction with environmental innovation, driving cross-sector partnerships that accelerate the energy transition. Together with Co-Founder and scientist Dr. José Darío Perea, she is redefining construction models to deliver smart, climate-resilient infrastructure for the Global South and beyond.
