Thomas Plocoste

Thomas Plocoste is a French scientist, entrepreneur, and Founder of KaruSphère, a DeepTech research and innovation laboratory based in Guadeloupe focused on climate, air quality, and atmospheric pollution in tropical regions. With a background in physical sciences and environmental research, he has led multiple international projects combining field measurements, satellite observations, artificial intelligence, and environmental modeling. He is also Founder of Airannov, a ClimateTech startup developing an atmospheric intelligence SaaS platform designed to predict and quantify the impacts of Saharan dust events on solar energy production in tropical regions. His work aims to transform scientific research into operational decision-support tools for climate resilience, public health, and renewable energy systems.
