Sudhakar Kaushik

Coming to the US as a student looking to round out his education after his engineering in India, Sudhakar Kaushik stayed on, joining Dell, fascinated by Michael Dell’s story of entrepreneurship and business model innovation. That launched his career in global product management and project operations for key clients. He continued learning innovation as part of Verizon’s in-house business incubator that helped move the big telecom operator into FiOS TV and entertainment and mobile application services. His experience building data-driven platforms and a personal perspective on gaps in adolescent behavioral health care led him to found Jeeva Health AI. Jeeva is an infrastructure platform that allows existing primary care and public behavioral health systems to function more effectively at scale. Sudhakar’s fascination with pushing traditional models into new areas continues with more purpose and impact.
