Rodgers Mwijukye is the Founder and Team Lead of Drought Guard Africa Ltd, a climate resilience enterprise serving refugee settlements, rural farmers, and marginalized communities in Uganda. Raised in a drought-prone farming community, he witnessed how water scarcity and unreliable energy deepened poverty and food insecurity.

Driven by these experiences, he established Drought Guard Africa to deliver affordable irrigation systems, clean water solutions, and solar-powered technologies tailored to vulnerable populations. His work focuses on strengthening food security, restoring dignity, and building sustainable livelihoods for communities most affected by climate change.
