With a background in social work, early childhood care, and food and nutrition advocacy, Nomi brings a holistic approach to community wellness and healthy living. She leads the financial circle for both the Ujima Naturals Farmers Market and Ujima Naturals Limited, helping to strengthen cooperative systems and farmer-centered enterprise development. A founding member of The Source Farm Ecovillage and Community Development Institute, Nomi is deeply committed to promoting healthy lifestyles, conscious food choices, and regenerative living practices. Born in the United States and rooted in Jamaica through family and community, she is a devoted mother of three with a lifelong connection to the natural world.
