Natalia Crosdale is an innovation-focused technology leader and Chief Operating Officer of Salynt, Inc., where she drives AI-powered, spatial computing solutions for climate resilience, healthcare, and urban infrastructure. Her work enables governments and communities to make faster, more equitable decisions in the face of environmental and resource constraints. With over 15 years of experience—including leadership roles at the U.S. Department of State and engineering experience at CNN—she has led mission-critical technology programs at global scale. At Salynt, she advances platforms that integrate 3D visualization and predictive analytics to model climate risk and expand access to data-driven planning for underserved communities. A graduate of The George Washington University with MIT coursework, she is a Johns Hopkins Ward Infinity Fellow, Technology Award recipient, and a self-described novice cosmologist bringing a systems-level lens to climate challenges.
