With over 12 years of experience spanning agritech, sustainability, and digital transformation, she has built inclusive supply chains that connect smallholder farmers to structured markets while reducing food loss and strengthening livelihoods. As Chief Operating Officer of Tawi Fresh, she leads the integration of AI-driven quality systems, traceability platforms, and farmer capacity programs that align production with peak market demand. Maureen is currently pursuing a PhD in Climate Change and Adaptation, deepening her work at the intersection of resilience, youth employment, and sustainable agribusiness. Her work focuses on turning climate risk into opportunity by designing scalable, data-driven solutions that empower farmers, improve incomes, and transform food systems across Africa.
