Joshua Forte

Joshua Forte is a Barbadian entrepreneur and regenerative agriculture innovator focused on rebuilding soil health and climate resilience through biological systems. Over the past decade, he has worked at the intersection of organic waste conversion, soil biology, and sustainable food production, developing solutions that transform regional biomass such as sargassum seaweed and tithonia into high-performance agricultural inputs.

As Founder and CEO of Red Diamond Compost Inc., Joshua is leading the development of the Diamond Matrix Bioconversion (DMX) platform, a system designed to enable localized production of regenerative agricultural inputs using region-specific biomass. His work combines climate adaptation, circular economy principles, and scalable agricultural infrastructure aimed at reducing dependency on imported synthetic inputs.

Joshua has been recognized through programs and awards including the FAO World Food Forum, the Commonwealth Innovation for Sustainable Development Award, and the Youth Ecopreneur Programme (YECO).
