Ivan Hsiao, MPH is the Founder and CEO of Trans Health HQ, a care navigation platform that connects 21,000+ trans patients to affirming specialists and resources, and helps health systems capture their share of the $900M in unclaimed CMS reimbursement annually for critical gender-affirming care navigation work. This venture was launched with the support of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Innovation Lab, and other partners.

Ivan teaches the graduate seminar on transgender health at Harvard University, has published academic research in the International Journal of Transgender Health, and lectured at institutions such as the National Institutes of Health and World Professional Association for Transgender Health Scientific Symposium. Their thought leadership has reached over 500,000 people.

Formerly a healthcare management consultant in rare disease and oncology, and Global Head of DEI, and venture-backed entrepreneur in the Silicon Valley, Ivan has a Master of Public Health from Harvard University and a B.A. from Columbia University.
