Isaac Alejandro de la Rosa García
Isaac de la Rosa is a Mexican biologist and entrepreneur focused on circular economy and sustainable food systems. As Founder and CEO of Hexa, he leads the development of a biotechnology solution that transforms plastic waste into insect-based protein for animal feed. His work combines scientific research, operational execution, and market validation, with experience ranging from insect production and feed formulation to commercialization strategies.
Isaac has been recognized with major international awards, including National Winner of NTT Data e-Awards, Santander X National Winner and Global First Place, and has been selected as a fellow in programs such as CATAL1.5°T. His work focuses on building scalable solutions that address both environmental challenges and food production efficiency, positioning him at the intersection of climate innovation and agri-tech.
