Ken Kido
Ken spent over two decades in senior financial services leadership, including EVP roles at Capital One, Washington Mutual, and Bank of America, where he led retail banking networks of up to 9,000 employees and consulted for Starbucks on customer loyalty strategy and mobile wallet.
Since 2018, Ken has devoted most of his time to advising, mentoring, and leading mission-driven organizations. As Principal of In-Cite, he provides pro bono strategic consulting and executive mentoring to nonprofits and startups including founders through Halcyon Fellows and as an active member of Halcyon Angels.
Ken has repeatedly stepped into interim leadership roles to guide nonprofits through transitions, serving as Interim CEO and Interim National Board Chair of Compass Pro Bono, and earlier as Interim Executive Director of FEAT of Washington while holding a board seat. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards — including Capital One Foundation, Year Up, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Chinatown-International District PDA, and United Way — and was a Certified Mentor with SCORE, supporting small business owners nationwide.
Ken brings a rare blend of large-scale corporate leadership and hands-on nonprofit stewardship to every board and advisory engagement.
