Shivani Gupta is a biotechnologist by training and a health-tech entrepreneur by profession. She is the founding CEO of Inochi Care, an innovation-driven healthcare company committed to solving unmet needs in wound care and management. Shivani sees deep-tech solutions as the cross-cutting enabler to addressing many of the healthcare challenges faced around the globe. She believes that equitable access to quality healthcare should be a right for everyone rather than a privilege. Prior to founding Inochi Care, she received her PhD degree from BITS Pilani, India, followed by a Biodesign fellowship at the School of International Biodesign (formerly Stanford India Biodesign).  Shivani has received national and international recognition for her innovation and entrepreneurial work, including being named Forbes Ignite Changemaker 2021, TiE Global Women Entrepreneur, MIT Technology Innovator Under 35 2016, Gandhian Young Technology Innovation Award 2018, INAE Entrepreneur of the year, Women Social Innovator of the Year at the TiE Social Sustainability Summit 2021.
