Dan Webber

Dan Webber is President of Edelman’s Washington, D.C. office, where he advises companies, institutions, and mission-driven organizations on communications, reputation, stakeholder engagement, and issues management. Over more than two decades at Edelman, Dan has helped clients navigate complex business and societal challenges, build trust with key audiences, and communicate effectively during moments of change, scrutiny, and opportunity.

Dan has held several leadership roles at Edelman, including Chief Operating Officer for Edelman’s U.S. operation, Global Chief Quality Officer, and leader of the firm’s D.C. Corporate and Advisory and Digital teams. He also teaches and mentors emerging leaders as a contributor to executive education at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, following more than a decade teaching crisis management and corporate reputation to graduate students at Georgetown.

Dan is an engaged civic leader and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital Area Food Bank and the Advisory Board for William & Mary’s Washington Center. He previously served on the Board of Street Sense Media. He holds a BBA in Marketing from The College of William & Mary.
