Estefania Alexandre is a first-generation Latina physician and founder of OvaWise™, the first longitudinal pelvic health monitoring platform built for women across every life stage — from reproductive years through post-menopause. OvaWise closes diagnostic delays for endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, perimenopausal and post-menopausal conditions, and other gynecologic concerns. Inspired by her grandmother’s late-stage cancer diagnosis in rural Mexico, Estefania’s work centers on expanding access to early answers for women historically dismissed by the healthcare system. She brings a background in health economics and global health policy, with experience in non-communicable disease (NCD) strategy across low- and middle-income markets. Estefania is a 2026 National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) 40 Under 40 Physicians honoree, recognized for her work advancing healthcare innovation and equity for Hispanic and underserved communities.
