Alma Hernández

Alma Hernández is Co-Founder and Director of Compliance at Carbonof, where she oversees project development, regulatory alignment, and quality assurance across nature-based carbon initiatives. She leads the design and execution of restoration projects, ensuring environmental integrity, certification readiness, and long-term compliance with international carbon standards. Her work is central to delivering high-quality carbon credits while maintaining strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

She is also Co-Founder of Clear Carbon, a digital platform that enhances transparency and traceability in carbon markets, and serves as an Ambassador for Women in Carbon, promoting greater inclusion in the climate sector. Alma holds a Master’s degree in Project Management in Real Estate from OBS Business School and a degree in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her background in project development and urban planning supports the scalable implementation of climate solutions.
