Vaibhav is the Chief Operating Officer at Humble Bee. He completed his Masters in Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, in 2017. At Foundation Ecological Security (Devgarh, Rajasthan), he led the formation of habitation, village-level, and cluster-level institutions for commons’ governance and management, built capacities of village institutions to improve local self-governance for natural resource management, and built a trained cadre of Community Resource Persons, Panchayat Resource Persons, and Rural Volunteers. At the Goat Trust, he promoted goat-based livelihoods through holistic intervention models and operationalized livestock financing. He is a trained scientific beekeeper from the Central Bee Research Training Institute, Pune, and manages the beekeeper ecosystem, capacity building, and honey cluster development efforts at Humble Bee.
