Thaís Guerra
Thaís Guerra is a Brazilian industrial designer from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), driven by the ambition to create products that deliver meaningful impact and memorable “wow” experiences. With a strong background in product development, she has worked with 3D printing since 2014, developing and commercializing innovative projects and prototypes. Originally trained in industrial design, she expanded her expertise into UX/UI design, integrating digital and physical experiences to build holistic, user-centered solutions. Her curiosity beyond traditional design led her to pursue a master’s degree in Polymer Science and Technology, where she developed a biodegradable graphene-based film aimed at extending food shelf life and reducing waste. Her multidisciplinary path reflects a deep commitment to combining design, technology, and sustainability. Today, her work focuses on creating solutions that make responsible waste disposal simple and impactful.
