Born and raised in the beautiful parishes of Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Mary, Jamaica, Tracy-Ann learnt from an early age the importance of determination and perseverance, despite challenges, towards the achievement of her goals. These traits were further refined by working in the tourism sector at Sandals Resorts International and the University of Life, as well as pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Tokyo, Japan in 2008. These experiences solidified Tracy-Ann’s rise into the area of entrepreneurship, enabling her to chart a course in the field of disaster management, technology, and innovation. Today she works on disaster planning tools that save lives and infrastructure from hazards using artificial intelligence.
