Mahalia Joseph

Mahalia Joseph is a Trinidad and Tobago–based entrepreneur, innovator, and sustainability advocate with certified training in event management, agriculture, welding and fabrication, and OSHA safety standards. She has also completed a Master–Master in Small and Medium Enterprise Management (MSMEM), equipping her with strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities.

She is the Founder of 3BA Allamanda Enterprise Limited, where she leads the development of the ECOBATT sand battery system—an affordable, long-life thermal energy storage solution designed to strengthen energy resilience in underserved and rural communities. Alongside renewable energy innovation, Mahalia is actively engaged in agriprocessing, creating value-added foods and seasonings that celebrate Caribbean flavors while promoting responsible food-waste reduction through surplus agricultural produce. Her philanthropic service includes involvement with the Rotaract Club of Arima, the Ideas I Foundation, and past membership in Junior Chamber International.
