Falguni Shrivastava
Falguni Shrivastava is an education and social entrepreneur working at the intersection of inclusive education, technology, and public systems. Based in India, she is the Founder of Cognitii, an AI+human infrastructure platform designed to support children with special learning needs. Growing up neurodivergent herself, Falguni experienced firsthand how education systems often fail children who learn differently, particularly in low-resource contexts. She holds an undergraduate degree in biotechnology and has over three years of experience across product and operations roles in education, healthcare, and impact startups. Through Cognitii, she focuses on using AI to automate screening, individualize education planning, and track outcomes, reducing educator burden. Her broader goal is to ensure that AI is deployed responsibly within public systems to expand access, equity, and learning outcomes at scale. Cognitii’s work has been nationally and globally recognized through leading innovation and social impact platforms, including programs supported by Bicester Collection, HEC Paris, the Government of India, and more.
