Kwangsu Cho is the CEO and Co-Founder of 3R Innovation Inc., a global technology company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Kwangsu and his team started this company as fathers raising children with mental health challenges, driven by a shared belief that no child should struggle simply because help is inaccessible. His mission is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents by empowering teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals with scalable, technology-driven tools.

3R Innovation addresses the gap between growing mental health needs and limited clinical resources by moving care beyond episodic clinic visits and subjective judgment. Through digital phenotyping and sensor-native specialized large language models, they enable continuous, stigma-free mental health support in everyday environments, without requiring clinic visits.

Kwangsu’s background is in cognitive engineering and human-centered AI. He holds a PhD in Cognitive Science from the University of Pittsburgh and has advised organizations including Samsung and SK Telecom. He has authored over 150 academic papers and holds 20 sensor-related patents, including U.S. patents.
